5. Revision Policy
Client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable, within the defined scope. Additional revision rounds are billed at standard hourly rates.
6. Acceptance Criteria
Client has 5 business days to review each phase deliverable and request revisions before sign-off. Silence after this window is treated as acceptance.
7. Out of Scope

- ✗ Third-party API subscription costs
- ✗ Paid ad spend
8. IP & Ownership
Client owns 100% of delivered code, assets, and systems upon receipt of full payment. NetquoraX retains no licensing rights or access after handoff.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client is liable for payment of all completed phases and work in progress at time of termination.
